Receipt reference, consent, timestamps and follow-up status are also stored. Please omit identity numbers, full evidence and trade secrets.
Information is used to respond, assess whether we can assist, undertake necessary conflict checks, secure the website and meet necessary professional duties. A submission does not establish an engagement or promise an outcome.
Enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1. A restricted email binding sends notifications to the firm's designated QQ mailbox. Access is limited to authorised personnel, and infrastructure may be located outside your region.
Hosting services may maintain necessary security logs. Submission limits use short-lived hashed identifiers; IP addresses are not stored in enquiry records. Enquiries are deleted automatically after twelve months. If a formal engagement begins, required materials are transferred separately to the matter file. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate traffic statistics only on the production domain.
Use “Begin with your matter”, your original email and the receipt reference to request access, correction or deletion. Requests are handled after verification, subject to legally required retention. Do not upload additional identity documents merely to make a request.
